Thin noodles paella

Fideuá
The invention of Fideuá was partially accidental and partially picaresque in Valencian Community. During the 60s there was a fishing boat manager who was a paella enthusiast and he used to eat the other fisher men's portions. So the chef decided to replace the rice with thin noodles like vermicelli for do it less mouthwatering. It didn't work but this new meal started to be popular along the Mediterranean shore.
