This pintxo, typical of the Basque cheap bars, is the logo of Tapas Together. It's called Gilda to pay tribute to the film starring Rita Hayworth in 1946, due to it's "salada, verde y un poco picante" The pickle taste turns it into a perfect started accompanied by red wine
