Migas con chocolate
According to the Romans' writings from the century I BC, the Iberians ate a kind of a dried soup made with breadcrumbs and garlic.
Over the years, new ingredients were added in this recipe of shepherds. Depending on the region we could find grapes, chorizo, sardines... but in the mountains of the High Extremadura the breadcrumbs are eaten with pork belly and dipping in a hot chocolate.
