Toro is the Spanish name for bull, but at the same time, toro means red-tuna belly in Japanese Trampantojo or deceive the eye is a technique involving extremely realistic imagery in order to create the optical illusion. In this case,considering how it looks, you expect to have a kind of ham or cured meat from bull, but then, when you taste it in your mouth you discover the sea flavour of the tuna.
