At present, for gastronomic purposes, Winter is a season that is as well assorted as the others. Nevertheless traditional cuisine does not forget that, in other times, all the products preserved from more generous seasons was eaten in Winter: dry beans, apples, chestnuts or nuts picked in Autumn, products from the pig slaughter... All these things, washed with natural cider produced in this season.
