Salpicón de mariscos
Salpicón used to be a dish made of different minced meat and usually seasoned with pepper, salt, spray with a vinaigrette of parsley and onions, take cold.
According to Cervantes, Don Quixote had beef salpicon for dinner everyday.
But nowadays in its modern meaning, Salpicon is a cooked seafood salad, very typical tapa of the Andalusian coast.
