Watermelon, cheese and black olives salad

Ensalada de sandía, queso y aceitunas negras
Watermelon is originally from Africa. By the 13th century, Moorishs had introduced the fruit to Spain and then to the rest of Europe, although "watermelon" made its first appearance in an English dictionary until 1615. The watermelon was consumed like a fruit and it was a good water source during drought periods. Nowadays it's also consumed like salad ingredient or like cooked vegetable.
