Salmón con queso y pasas en zumo de naranja
A wide variety of cheeses are made throughout the country of Spain from the milk of cows, goats and sheep. Mainly, they are tasted with a piece of bread, and sometimes, they are used to cook.
Although it's not easy to find a recipe which combine cheese and fish in a traditional cookery book, there are new bold proposals to do it.
