Red mullet inspired by Gaudí

Salmonetes Gaudí
This recipe was created by Ferrán Adriá, one of the best chefs in the world. Adrià is often associated with "molecular gastronomy" and deconstructivist. This innovator has been inspired by other artists like the architect Gaudí, also an inn ovator in the realm of craftsmanship, conceiving new technical solutions with his materials, for example his way of designing ceramic mosaics made of waste pieces (“trencadís”) in original and imaginative combinations.
