Pintxo de atĂșn, anchoa y piparra
Piparra, a mildly spicy chilli, is the generic name of this delicious mild green chilli pepper. In summer they can be eaten fresh and lightly fried, a garnish which is gaining in popularity. These chillies are pickled and canned so they can be enjoyed the rest of the year.
