Ajoblanco
Ajoblanco (literally white garlic) is a popular cold soup typical from Andalusia. It is also a common dish in Extremadura.
The dish has its origins in the Al-Andalus cuisine when the almond milk (also called amygdalate) was known in both the Islamic Iberia and Christian one.
It is customary to eat grapes as an accompaniment to ajoblanco
